Burcu Kaya, Research Assistant and PhD student of the Department of Food Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Yonca Karagül Yüceer, has been awarded a scholarship within the scope of the Short Term Scientific Mission program, which is open call by the Promoting Innovation of ferMENTed fOods (PIMENTO)-CA20128 action.

Within the scope of the program, our student will carry out her studies at the University of Boras in Sweden for one month.
